1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective book

  • You received a wrong item

  • The book has significant printing errors or missing pages

🕒 Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Books that are used, marked, or damaged after deliver

  • Sale/Discounted items, unless defective

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@thlesh.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photo/video proof of damage or issue

  2. Our team will verify and respond within 2 working days

  3. If eligible, we’ll arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the item to our return address

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:
  • The wrong book was delivered

  • You received a damaged or defective item

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping charges.

  • For other reasons, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
